Arty is a freelance artist with a chronic illness.This means: There will be inconsistency with workflow, waking hours, working hours, artwork, ect.

Copyright

Arty holds full copyright of the artwork until:The artwork has been fully paid by the commissioner, and the artwork has been delivered after completion.(Full rights will be passed to the commissioner after these requirements have been met.)

NSFW

Nudity, revealing clothing, and suggestive expressions is acceptable. Anything beyond that would be unacceptable.(If you are unsure whether your idea is too lewd, or if I’ll be uncomfortable with it, you are welcome to ask for clarification.)

Refunds

Refunds are available under these circumstances.(A full-refund is available before the art process has begun.)(A partial-refund is available during the process of these phases: Sketch, Line Art, and Flat color.)Refunds are no longer available after a commission has been completed, or near completion.

Additional Characters

Additional characters added to a piece will double the cost of the commission.(Added details such as the background, will not count as an additional charge.)

Revisions

Maximum of 3 revisions per commission.(Major changes will not be accepted at a certain point.)

Commercial use

If a commission is for commercial use, please inform Arty!Some commercial use(s) may require a separate agreement!Examples of uses that may require a separate agreement: Merchandise, Video content, and Emotes.

Non-Commercial use

Non-commercial use does not require anything special.
